Southern Stumping and Underpinning are a second-generation family owned and run business with over 55 years experience within the building industry. We are the leaders within our fields and have a vast amount of experience working with all sub floor and any foundation repairs.

We work within an experienced team that include qualified builders to assure our clients that we have an extensive amount of knowledge when it comes to all your foundation, sub flooring and building needs.

At Southern Stumping and Underpinning we are so confident in our work that we offer a 10-year guarantee on all work completed.

Southern Stumping and Underpinning will obtain all necessary documentation required to move forward and complete the job successfully. These can include soil tests, engineer drawings, computations and any plans or permits.

Upon completion of our work a surveyor will complete a final inspection of your property and will issue you with a certificate of compliance. This certificate is required in the section 32 of your contract if you plan on selling your property.
